Yes. Prices start above Penang's RM1 million minimum for foreign buyers, so it can also suit MM2H applicants. Costs differ for foreign buyers, so I'll send you a breakdown for your unit.
When will it be completed?
Completion is scheduled for Q4 2029. Construction was about 30% complete as of September 2026.
